Reservations are strongly suggested, as our team schedule's fill quickly. Walk-ins are also accepted and appointment times will be filled if available, on a first-come, first served basis. We require a credit card at the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment.
As with the reservation of a hotel room or a spa appointment, if you aren't able to arrive for your appointment, the time goes unused, people lose income, and we may require pre-payment for future visits. Please help us avoid this by reserving time you know you can keep. Of course, we know "life happens", (it happens to us too) so please call us as soon as you know there's an issue. If you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, and we are unable to reschedule your appointment, you will be charged the full cost of your appointment.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment and enjoy a hot cup of Aveda Comforting tea or ice water. If you are more than 10 minutes late, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment. If we are unable to reschedule your appointment; This may result it additional fee and cost.
We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and Element Day Spa & Salon gift cards as payment for all products and services. We regret that we are not accepting out of area personal checks. Any returned check will result in a $25 fee, payable before any future appointment.
We require a $100 deposit non-refundable deposit for all weddings/group appointments. If you don’t show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged 100% for all services and time.
In appreciation of outstanding service, cash gratuities may be given at your discretion. We regret we are unable to add the gratuity to your credit card.
Prices vary by stylist, time and length/thickness of hair. We offer free in-salon consultations and quotes for service. Over the phone price quotes cannot be guaranteed due to variance of length and thickness of hair. Prices are also subject to change without notice.
We are happy to reserve an appointment time just for you, we kindly ask for 24-hour’s notice of cancellation for your Element Day Spa & Salon appointment. Group events and packages require a 72 hour cancellation notice.
We are unable to book, change, or cancel appointments via email, or voicemail. We do maintain a wait list and we will make every effort to fill the appointment time.
The second no-show will result in pre-payment becoming necessary for future appointments. Please note that we want to treat our guests to the full experience; however arriving late may make this difficult. We will do what we can, but latecomers will incur the full fee for shortened treatments.
In order for us to maintain a calm and relaxing atmosphere, we respectfully request you turn off or set your cell phone on vibrate when entering the service areas. Please understand that a ringing cell phone during a service is a distraction from our work, which is providing you with a wonderful service!
Making your child care arrangements prior to your appointment ensures that you and our other guests will enjoy Element Day Spa and Salon's experiences to the fullest. We do not supervise children without appointments. Our goal is to give you the attention and focus you deserve, as well as allowing you to relax and enjoy yourself.
We love pets, but health codes require us to ask that you please leave them at home.

Gift cards can not be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift card. Services and spa pakcage prices are subject to change. Spa packages may not be substiuted. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards are non-refundable.
All product returns must be within seven days of purchase and at least 75% full, with receipt. Store credit will be issued if purchased at Element Day Spa and Salon, but no receipt will be given. No cash refunds. No returns accepted for travel size products, make up, jewelry or discontinued products.
We regret that we are not able to give refunds for gift cards.

We offer a seven day service guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, we will redo the service at no charge with the same stylist or an equally level stylist. We will go the extra mile to make adjustments.
